Deccan Fine Chemicals (india) Pvt. Ltd. conducted public hearing for a major expansion plan for its plant at Tuni on the border of Vishakaptnam and East Godavari Districts in Andhra Pradesh in presence of District Collector and Pollution Control Board officials. More than 98% of the public were in favor of the proposed expansion with benefits such as increased local employment, green belt development, and increased CSR activity.
