Bayer CropScience has signed an agreement with the Hyderabad-based Deccan Fine Chemicals to sell Bayer’s Gujarat-based unit. This unit is based in Ankleshwar Industrial Estate established by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation. Bayer CropScience, part of Germany’s Bayer AG, operates three business segments—crop protection, bioscience and environmental science—in India.
